Shipping & Returns

We try our best to get your orders shipped within 3 business days. All orders are subject to availability and shipments could be delayed.

Orders shipped with our free shipping will be shipped via ground carriers (FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS Priority) and usually take 5-8 business days to arrive. As used herein, “business days” excludes Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

The shipping and delivery times listed on individual product pages and checkout pages are estimations based on past orders. All orders are subject to availability and shipments could be delayed. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Yes! If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at support@biohackersupply.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return back to your original form of payment.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
